Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (center-cut, skin-on)
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce (alcohol-free variant)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp honey
2 tbsp cooking oil (for air frying)
1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional, for color)
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
Pat salmon dry, cut into 1-inch cubes
Whisk sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar
Toss salmon cubes with sauce, let marinate 10-15 minutes
Lightly coat with oil and paprika if using
Air fry 18-20 minutes (5 minutes flipped once), until golden and flaky
Brush or stir in remaining sweet chili sauce during last 2 minutes
Garnish with sesame seeds if desired
