Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
1 spring onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels
Season with salt and black pepper
Coat wings in flour, then dip in beaten egg
Place in air fryer basket and cook 15 minutes
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and melted butter
Toss cooked wings in sauce
Return to air fryer and cook 5 more minutes
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions before serving
