Ingredients
1 lb boneless chicken breast, diced
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp grated ginger
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (alcohol-free)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp coconut aminos (optional, for sweeter notes)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Season chicken with half of the soy sauce, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss with oil in a bowl.
Air fry chicken for 10-12 minutes until golden with a light coating of coconut aminos.
Meanwhile, toss broccoli with remaining soy sauce and a pinch of pepper. Air fry at 375°F for 6-8 minutes until tender-crisp.
Combine chicken and broccoli in a pan with garlic and ginger, sauté 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
