Ingredients
1½ lbs (680g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs (4–6 pieces)
1½ tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon onion powder
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels
Brush or drizzle olive oil over both sides
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Evenly coat oiled chicken thighs with the spice mixture
Arrange thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spaced apart
Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 12 minutes, then pause and gently shake the basket
Cook an additional 6 minutes or until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
