Ingredients
1-inch thick steak (ribeye or sirloin)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme
Instructions
