Ingredients
4 bone-in chicken breasts
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
Whisk balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Place chicken in a zipper bag, add marinade, and refrigerate 30-60 minutes
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
Brush olive oil on chicken and place in air fryer basket
Cook 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
Let rest 5 minutes before serving
