Ingredients
1 lb skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
1 green onion, sliced (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and lemon juice until blended
Add salmon to marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for 15 minutes
Lightly coat air fryer basket with olive oil
Place salmon in a single layer and air fry for 8 minutes
Brush with remaining marinade, then air fry 2–3 minutes until golden and glazed
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion before serving
Notes
For extra flavor, add 1 tsp grated ginger to the marinade
Use parchment paper in the basket for easy cleanup
