Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 cups broccoli florets
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp cornstarch (for optional thickened glaze)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
Toss chicken and broccoli with glaze and place in air fryer basket.
Cook 18-22 minutes (flip halfway), until chicken reaches 165°F.
(Optional) Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water, toss chicken in sauce, and cook 2 more minutes to thicken.
