Description
Crispy, caramelized chicken breasts infused with smoky garlic and paprika flavors, glazed with tangy BBQ sauce using minimal oil. Ready in 25 minutes or less for a family-friendly, stress-free meal.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Olive oil spray
Salt
Pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika on both sides.
Lightly coat the chicken with olive oil spray to promote browning and moisture.
Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
After cooking, brush ¼ cup BBQ sauce evenly over each chicken breast, covering both sides.
Return the chicken to the air fryer and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes until the glaze caramelizes and the chicken is golden.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice or serve as is for a juicy finish.
Notes
Use low-sugar or honey-based BBQ sauce to adjust sweetness levels.
For a healthier version, serve with air-fried vegetables or a green salad.
Brush the sauce during the final cooking step to avoid burning.
