Ingredients
12 chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated
Arrange wings on the baking sheet in a single layer; bake for 25 minutes
Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, combine melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes (if using)
Once cooked, transfer wings to the butter-Parmesan mixture and toss until fully coated
Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes to allow the cheese to crisp
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for optimal texture
Bake in batches if wings overcrowd the tray
Serve immediately for best crunch
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days
