Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
1 tablespoon olive oil (spray for coating)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions
Pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness
In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
