Ingredients
4 skinless boneless salmon fillets (6 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
Pat salmon dry and brush with 1 tbsp oil
Season with garlic powder and paprika
Spray air fryer basket with 1 tbsp oil
Place salmon in basket (no overlapping)
Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes
In saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, remaining oil, garlic, ginger, and vinegar
Simmer over medium heat 6-8 minutes, stirring until thickened
Brush 2-3 times onto cooked salmon
Notes
Marinate salmon with teriyaki mix for 30 minutes for deeper flavor
Adjust sweetness by adding more/less honey
Glaze is sticky – brush carefully on hot salmon
