Ingredients
1.5 lbs russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp coarse sea salt
Instructions
Wash and peel russet potatoes
Slice into 1/8-inch thick rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife
Pat slices dry with paper towels to remove surface moisture
Toss heavily with olive oil and coarse sea salt until evenly coated
Cook in air fryer at 375°F (190°C) in batches for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway
Wait until chips achieve golden crispiness and bite-resistant centers before removing
Notes

Monitor closely during last 2-3 minutes to prevent burning
