Ingredients
12 mozzarella sticks (string cheese sticks)
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
Dip each mozzarella stick into the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Transfer to a plate; refrigerate briefly to firm.
Arrange sticks in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Lightly brush each stick with olive oil for extra crispiness.
Air fry for 8 minutes.
Flip each stick, reapply oil if needed, then air fry for 3-5 more minutes until golden.
