Ingredients
2 large russet potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Peel and cut potatoes into ¼-inch thick sticks
Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Spread in air fryer basket in a single layer
Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over fries in the final 2 minutes of cooking
Garnish with parsley before serving
