Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 2 limes
Zest of 1 lime
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground chili flakes
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Instructions
Combine olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, chili flakes, cilantro, and salt in a large bowl
Toss chicken wings with the marinade until fully coated
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to develop flavor
Preheat air fryer to 375°F
Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket
Cook 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness
Optional: Drizzle with extra lime juice and sprinkle fresh cilantro before serving if marinated mixture is reserved

Use fresh lime zest for maximum citrus flavor
Adjust chili flakes to taste for spice level
Marinating longer (up to 4 hours) enhances flavor penetration
