Ingredients
1 whole green cabbage (about 3 lbs)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
Cut cabbage into 4 thick (1-inch) slices through the core
Toss cabbage slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Place slices in air fryer basket in a single layer (flip halfway if stacking)
Cook for 15 minutes, flipping once at the 7-minute mark until golden and crispy
Notes
Use a sharp knife to avoid tearing cabbage
