Ingredients
1 lb (450g) steak, preferably top-round or ribeye
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (alcohol-free)
1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for 2 minutes.
Cut steak into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, toss cubes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, and melted butter until evenly coated.
Spread steak in single layer in air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
Cook 8–12 minutes, tossing halfway. Bites are done when golden and crispy. Serve immediately with chimichurri, blue cheese drizzle, or mashed potatoes.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer: internal temp of 130°F (54°C) for medium.
Substitute Worcestershire with tamari or soy sauce (no alcohol) if preferred.
Leftovers keep airtight in fridge up to 2 days.
