Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for added crispiness)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
In a bowl, combine shrimp, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cornstarch
Mix gently to coat shrimp evenly
Toss with olive oil if using
Place shrimp in air fryer basket in a single layer
Air fry for 6 minutes, then flip shrimp and cook 2 more minutes
Serve immediately
Notes
Adjust cooking time based on shrimp size. Freshly frozen shrimp works well if thawed completely. Serve with lemon wedges or garlic aioli. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
