Ingredients
2 cups cooked salmon (fresh or canned)
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried herbs (like dill or parsley)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (for added moisture)
Cooking oil spray
Instructions
Flake cooked salmon with a fork into a bowl
Add beaten egg, Panko, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper
Mix until well combined; refrigerate 15-30 minutes for firmer patties
Form mixture into 8-10 even-sized patties
Preheat air fryer to 375°F
