Ingredients
2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
In a large bowl, toss potato cubes with melted butter
Evenly add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, dill, salt, and pepper
Spread potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket
Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning
