Description
Crispy, garlic-seasoned pasta chips made in an air fryer for a quick and satisfying snack. Perfect with dipping sauces or on their own.
Ingredients
12 oz rigatoni pasta, cooked and drained
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (use vegan alternative if needed)
Instructions
Cut cooked rigatoni into 1-inch pieces
Toss pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Place in air fryer basket without overlapping
Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, until golden and crisp
Shake basket halfway through cooking
Notes
Use pasta like penne or fusilli if rigatoni unavailable
Spray oil directly if tossing is messy
Watch closely to avoid burning
Store in airtight container for up to 3 days
