Ingredients
16 ounces whole button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin for a milder flavor)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and dried parsley
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket (avoid overcrowding)
Cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway for even crisping and color
Serve immediately or place in an oven-safe dish and keep warm in a 200°F oven
Notes
Trim stems for better seasoning absorption and uniform cooking
Brush additional oil on the mushrooms’ undersides if the air fryer lacks even browning
For extra crunch, flip halfway through cooking and increase time by 2 minutes if needed
