Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lime, cut into wedges (optional garnish)
Instructions
Toss shrimp with avocado oil in a bowl.
In a separate dish, mix cumin, chili powder, paprika, oregano, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Coat shrimp evenly with the spice mixture.
Place in air fryer basket in a single layer (no overlapping).
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until shrimp are pink and slightly charred.
