Ingredients
8 chicken thighs (skin-on for crispiness)
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, garlic powder, salt, cayenne, thyme, and rosemary
Pat chicken dry, rub generously with marinade
Place thighs in air fryer basket in single layer
Cook 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway for crispy skin
