Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes
4 tablespoons melted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1/4 teaspoon olive oil (optional for extra crisp)
Instructions
Cut potatoes lengthwise, almost all the way through, to create accordion slices
Trim ends to stabilize potato halves
Spoon garlic, salt, pepper, and melted butter between the slices
Place potato halves in air fryer basket
Brush exposed edges with olive oil if desired
Cook at 370°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway
Toss with fresh parsley before serving
