Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp paprika
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp olive oil (optional for added crispiness)
Instructions
Combine chicken cubes, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Marinate for 5 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Coat chicken in a thin layer of olive oil and place in the air fryer.
Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle with fresh lemon zest before serving.
