Ingredients
4 apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled and sliced into rings
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instructions
Toss apple slices in flour to coat lightly
Dip in beaten egg, then dredge in a mixture of breadcrumbs, cinnamon, and sugar
Place in air fryer basket in a single layer
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway
Cool slightly before serving
