Ingredients
1 lb chicken breasts, sliced into ¼ inch thick strips
2 bell peppers, sliced into strips
1 red onion, sliced into strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
¾ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1.5 teaspoons ground cumin
1.5 teaspoons paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
⅛–¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
Slice chicken and vegetables into strips
In a bowl, mix olive oil, sugar, salt, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne
Add chicken and vegetables to the spice mixture, tossing to coat evenly
Spread mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket
