Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
Pat chicken wings dry and season with salt and pepper
In a bowl, mix flour, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme
Dip wings in the dry mixture until coated
Place in air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 20-22 minutes, flipping halfway
In a small bowl, whisk melted butter with minced garlic
Brush garlic butter over hot wings immediately after air frying
Notes
For extra crispiness, refrigerate wings after coating for 15 minutes
Serve with lemon wedges or ranch dressing
Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 days
