Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C)
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper; set aside
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt
In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth
Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla
Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined
Fold in chocolate chips
Pour the batter into the prepared basket, spreading evenly
Cook for 22-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center has a few moist crumbs
Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into 12 brownies
