Ingredients
4 boneless chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs)
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
2 garlic cloves, minced (1 tsp)

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season liberally with salt and black pepper
