Transform canned biscuits into golden, fluffy donuts in your air fryer in just 20 minutes. A quick and easy dessert or breakfast treat, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
Cinnamon sugar mixture (1/4 cup granulated sugar + 1 tsp ground cinnamon)
Optional: vanilla glaze or icing of choice
Instructions
Prep air fryer and set to 375°F (190°C).
Remove biscuits from the can, gently flatten with hands, and cut out a small center from each to form a donut shape.
Place the biscuit donuts in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
Air fry for 6–8 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
While the donuts are cooking, mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
Once cooked, let them cool slightly, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. If using, drizzle with glaze before serving.
Notes
Make sure to let the donuts cool slightly before rolling to avoid burning your fingers. Can be customized with various glazes or toppings. Stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
